We are currently recruiting for a Room Leader at Nursery Lane Day Nursery

hours per week.
As a Room Coordinator we offer a salary of £ 12.75

What to expect as a Room Leader:
Support, mentor and supervise room staff in their day-to-day duties and quality of learning journeys and observations
Be a champion of ongoing development, supporting apprentices in your team
Stay up to date with current developments in early years policies and practices
As a key person you will ensure that the needs of your key children are met, build effective relationships with parents and support with any SEND needs
Carry out observations, plan activities in line with the EYFS and support the development of your key children
Coordinate the activities within your room to ensure the delivery of EYFS
*You must hold a level 3 childcare qualification to be considered for this role*
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check
