Roofing Supervisor

CJC Recruit a Roofing Supervisor on behalf�of our large building restoration client's contracts across the central belt. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing skilled employees, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards, and maintaining our commitment to safety and excellence.

Scope And Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of employees, both on and off-site, to ensure efficient project execution.


• Conduct pre and post inspections of works to ensure compliance with project specifications.


• Organize and allocate workload to staff, ensuring productivity and quality.


• Ensure accurate completion of work in accordance with updated drawings and specifications.


• Conduct toolbox talks and monitor health and safety on-site.


• Carry out any other duties deemed necessary to fulfil the role.

Requirements:

• Roofing experience


• Previous experience in a supervisory role would be preferred.


• Clean driving License�
