1. **Estimating: Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for roofing and cladding projects, including materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractor costs, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
2. Tendering: Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings to understand project requirements and scope of work, liaising with clients, architects, and engineers as necessary.
3. Quantity Take-off: Conduct comprehensive quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications, identifying materials and quantities required for each project component.
