Roofing Contracts ManagerEssex & LondonFull time£50,000 - £60,000 + Package My client are a specialist roofing sub-contractor based in Harlow in Essex, they are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join the business and oversee projects around Essex, London & the South East.The suitable candidate must have experience with flat & pitched roofs doing re-roofs, repairs and new build roofs on commercial & domestic properties.Pitched roof services include slating, tiling & lead work.Flat roof services include Reinforced Bituminous membrane (RBM) Roofing, Mastic Asphalt, Liquid Waterproof Coatings & Single Ply.As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our roofing projects, from initial bid to project completion. You will work closely with our team and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in the roofing industry is a must!Full UK Driving Licence also required.
