Options are currently recruiting experienced Roofers in Havant for Hampshire based property services contractor.
Duties
Undertaking all aspects of roofing work, including:
stripping any built up flat felt roof covering
replace any timber or insulated roof decking
apply three layer torch on built up felt, including the formation of all drips, welts and
upstands
form internal roof gutters with correct falls
cut and install lead flashings,
Assessing the work requirements when you get to site.
Communicating with the Call Centre in an accurate and timely manner via telephone to gain each job and to update the service co-ordinators with the work you believe is required and what you have subsequently undertaken.
Ensuring that you follow the Company's safe working practices and safety procedures at all times.
Liaising with tenants on site regarding the work you are undertaking.
The role will involve heavy lifting, manual handling and kneeling for long periods of times.
Requirements:
Drivers License
Experience within the social housing sector
Qualifications (desirable)
