Due to the award of new contracts we are now seeking to expand our directly employed workforce and require time served well experienced
ROOFER / MULTI-SKILLED
Tradesman to be based in and around the
CARDIFF / SOUTH WALES
area. The successful applicant must possess the following skills.
Excellent trade knowledge of roofing work on Reactive Maintenance and Minor Repair Works
Ability to carry out additional trades i.e., multi-skilled ability
Possess a can do attitude
Good time keeping
An ability to work on own initiative
Good communicator
Available on a rota basis for emergency out of hours call outs work
Good administration skills
IT skills use of hand held device
In return we offer:
Excellent salary / hourly
Guaranteed minimum of 40 hours payment per week
There is usually overtime of 5
10 hours per week but this is not guaranteed
Emergency out of hours call outs at enhanced rates working on a rota basis
