Risk Training Manager

Immersive role offering risk management and compliance training services to business stakeholders throughout London and the European offices.
You will work closely with the bank’s risk management and compliance leadership to deliver an effective training programme including content writing, risk scenarios, roleplay, record keeping and data analytics.
You will use a variety of media to achieve your objectives, operating in small-large group training sessions with Q&A forums as well as more tailored, specific sessions. You will offer objectivity and fresh perspectives to help innovate and enact change. This role will work closely with risk culture and behavioural risk teams at an international level.
This role will suit a creative risk and compliance training professional from the banking and financial services sector who is looking to showcase their talent within a Global and rapidly evolving business.
Skills Required
A minimum of 3-5 years risk management and compliance training experience within a financial services group
Financial services industry qualification within risk management and compliance training
Experience in managing the production, maintenance and execution of a regional training plan and assisting in the development of training content.
Strong attention to detail proven by high quality content that delivers key risk messages, effective metrics and reporting, and full utilization of the global learning management system.
Ability to develop others, work autonomously and deliver results within deadlines.
