ITI Capital Limited is anFCA-regulated multi-asset brokerage firm, based in The City of London,specializing in serving institutional and professional clients, aswell as private equity investors.Job Description:As a Risk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing thefirm's risk management activities, ensuring compliance with regulatoryrequirements, and implementing best practices within the investmentand brokerage industry. You will work closely with variousstakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across ourinstitutional and private equity businesses.KeyResponsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensiverisk management framework to identify, measure, and mitigate risksassociated with the firm's institutional and private equitybusinesses.Monitor and analyse risks associated withbrokerage and investment banking business including regular reports tosenior management and relevant committees.preparation,update, and improvement of the company's Individual Capital AdequacyAssessment Report (ICARA) in line with the regulatory requirements andbusiness objectives. Continually review and assess the company'srisks, financial resources and capital adequacy, reflecting theseinsights in the ICARA.Collaborate with key stakeholders,including investment teams, compliance officers, legal counsel, andsenior management, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of riskexposures and alignment with the firm's risk appetite.Provideguidance and support to investment teams on risk-related matters,ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements,and industry best practices.Develop and maintain riskmanagement policies, procedures, and controls, ensuring they areupdated to reflect changes in regulatory requirements and businessactivities.Oversee the due diligence process for newinvestment opportunities, assessing risk factors and conductingthorough analysis to support investment decision-making.Evaluate and enhance the firm's operational risk management framework,including business continuity planning and disaster recovery.Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends to proactivelyassess the impact on the firm's risk management practices andimplement necessary changes to remain compliant.Requirements:Bachelorsdegree in finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field. Amasters degree is preferred.High level proficiency in MSExcelMinimum 5 years of experience in risk managementwithin the investment and brokerage industry, with a focus oninstitutional and private equity businesses. Exposure to thefollowing, outside risk, would be added advantage.MarginmanagementRegulatory riskreturnsSecurities financing marketsSolidunderstanding of risk management principles, methodologies, andregulatory requirements relevant to investment and brokerage firms inthe UK, including knowledge of FCA regulations and guidelines.Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, assess, andquantify risks, as well as develop and implement appropriate riskmitigation strategies.Ability to think strategically andprovide risk-based recommendations to senior management, demonstratingstrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability toeffectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels ofthe organization.Familiarity with risk management systems andtools, as well as proficiency in data analysis and reporting.Professional certifications such as FRM (Financial Risk Manager), PRM(Professional Risk Manager), or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) arehighly desirable.We offer a competitive salary and benefitspackage, along with a supportive work environment that encouragesprofessional growth and development.
