Risk Manager

Delighted to be partnering again with this leading Lloyd's managing agency in the hire of a Risk Manager, you will be responsible for the continuous development of a number of clients' ERM risk management frameworks. This is an extremely broad position, leading junior members of staff and helping with their development/understanding of risk management in Lloyd's market.Key Risk Manager tasks will include:- Risk Management Framework- Risk Identification- Risk Reporting- Client Management- ORSA- Stress and scenario testingThe ideal candidate would have a strong risk management background along with experience in an underwriting business, as underwriting risk and underwriting processes would be highly advantageous.Strong understanding of Solvency II and other regulatory requirements; an understanding of how they impact the business desirable.
