Risk Manager

Clarivate is looking for a motivated Manager of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining and where possible, improving the governance framework and processes related to managing the ERM program across the company. You will work on the planning and execution of the ERM cycle, including risk framework updates (e.g., business risk reviews coordination, MRC meetings), business continuity assessments, risk assessments, risk monitoring, and reporting to key stakeholders. In addition, you will work directly with Business Continuity Plans and support the business segments in risk management and business continuity activities.If you are a highly motivated person with strong program management, relationship management, change management and people management skills looking plan, implement, and execute ERM solutions and continuous improvement, we have the job for you!About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsUndergraduate degree in business or other related disciplinesMinimum 8 years of relevant enterprise risk management experience, with an advanced understanding of risk management theory and practice, and of strategic, operational, financial, compliance, risks, and controlsMinimum 3 years of people management experienceStrong knowledge of ERM governance and control frameworks such as COSOIt would be great if you also have . . . Relevant certification in risk management or a related field is an asset. CIA, CISA, or other audit-related certificationsExperience leveraging GRC solutions (e.g. Fusion Framework, SAI Global, MetricStream)Ability to extract data and work with systems and software applications.Demonstrated work experience in driving change management programs across a global organizationExperience leading complex business initiatives and cross-functional teamsWhat will you be doing in this role?Identify critical systems, categorize based on enterprise and operational risks that are crucial to the continued business operations in the event of a disasterMaintain compliance with all standards, regulations, and requirements under COSO, AICPA, ISO Standards to support certification in SOX Compliance, SOC Compliance and ISO 22301Proactively develop and own relationships with our key stakeholders in the business, to ensure continuous alignment with key initiatives including our business continuity and risk transfer program.Work cross functionally with leadership and teams across Clarivate to identify and prioritize remediation, and track completionEnsure cross-functional alignment with IT Infrastructure teams to maintain disaster recovery plans and metrics to ensure the security and integrity of company technology and data, and identify program improvementsChampion specific initiatives to enhance the quality and value of our service delivery including benchmarking, internal/external research, thought leadership, training & competency developmentAbout the Team In this role you will be part of a dynamic Legal, Risk and Compliance (LRC) organization, including 70 colleagues in multiple countries around the world. In addition, you will be working with senior leaders across different functions and segments.
