An extraordinarily talented group of individuals work together every day to drive TNS' success, from both professional and personal perspectives.Come join the excellence!OverviewTNS are currently seeking an experienced Risk Manager to work in the Global Risk Management team based in Welwyn Garden City An extraordinarily talented group of individuals work together every day to drive TNS' success, from both professional and personal perspectives.Come join the excellence!OverviewTNS are currently seeking an experienced Risk Manager to work in the Global Risk Management team based in Welwyn Garden CityResponsibilitiesPreparing for and managing year-end PCI DSS assessmentsWorking closely with internal teams and external assessors to prepare for these auditsEither managing or supporting the assessment process to deliver by agreed deadlinesEnsuring that compliance with PCI DSS requirements is maintained throughout the yearWorking closely with Products and Operations to assess impact of product or infrastructure changes on TNS’ PCI DSS complianceWorking closely with Security and other teams to ensure that key internal controls are maintained throughout for continued complianceRaising awareness through presentations on key aspects of or changes to compliance requirementsMaintaining Disaster Recovery plans and managing the test calendarDocumenting or updating Disaster Recovery plansPerforming regular reviews to ensure that plans are kept up-to-date based on identified infrastructure changesBuilding strong working relationships to deliver on agreed objectivesDeveloping a strong working relationship with internal teams and external assessors to deliver on the team’s objectivesQualificationsRequired qualificationsDegree level education (or equivalent) and/or CISAAt least 5 years experience of 2 or more of the following:PCI DSS assessmentsIT/Compliance auditsDisaster Recovery planningProject managementTeam player who can work in a dynamic environmentEffective communication and interpersonal skillsStrong report writing and presentation skillsExperience gained in Risk, Security or Internal audit.
