Whether assessing the creditworthiness of thefirm's counterparties, monitoring market risks associated with tradingactivities, or offering analytical and regulatorypliance support, ourwork contributes directly to the firm's success. Our Risk divisiondevelopsprehensive processes to monitor, assess and manage the risk ofexpected and unexpected events that may have an adverse impact on thefirm. Risk teams play a critical function for the firm, driving howthe firm takes and manages risk.Risk professionals executecritical day-to-day risk management activities, lead projects andcontribute to the ongoing advancement of a robust risk managementprogram. Effective coordination with executive management, businessunits, control departments and technology is critical for success.Operating in a fast-changing environment and utilizing the best inclass risk framework, Risk teams are analytically curious, have anaptitude for challenges and an unwaveringmitment to excellence.Teams available:Credit Riskassesses the creditworthiness and financial strength of clients todetermine acceptable levels of credit exposureFinanceRisk controls and oversees the firm's liquidity risk managementframework, including stress testing and limiternanceMarket Risk assesses, monitors and manages the firm's risk dueto changes in market conditionsOperational Riskfocuses on the development and implementation of risk assessmentframeworks designed to identify, measure, monitor and manage riskexposures associates with systems, people, processes and externaleventsBASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree0-3 years of prior work experience in arelevant field.Proficient to advanced skills with MSOffice (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Highly organizedwith exceptional attention to detail and follow-throughStrong ability to manage multiple projects withpeting deadlinesTeam player with positive attitude and strong work ethicStrongmunication skills (written and verbal)Abilityto work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to adaptquickly to a variety of industries and businessesAbilityto self-direct, analyze and evaluate and form independent judgmentsAbility to effectively interact and build relationshipswith senior management and global stakeholdersIntegrity,ethical standards and sound judgmentABOUT GOLDMANSACHSAt Goldman Sachs, wemit our people, capital andideas to help our clients, shareholders and themunities we serve togrow.
