A leading law firm in London is looking for a Risk Lawyer, 3PQE+, with commercial contracts experience, preferably from a large law or professional services firm.
The focus of the role will be on contracts and general regulatory compliance work.
Responsibilities:
work - Reviewing, updating and maintaining: Terms of Business, engagement letters, client terms etc
scanning
risk related documents and policies
guidance and training on regulatory issues
of the firm’s obligations under the SRA’s Standards and Regulations
Experience:
solicitor, 3PQE+
contracts experience
of regulatory issues affecting solicitors
