A competitive salary range of GBP50000.00 - GB55000.00 is on offer for this permanent position.
Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and oversight of compliance strategies, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance risk management frameworks, safeguarding the integrity of our operations.
Champion a culture of compliance and risk awareness, driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
Offering comprehensive guidance on compliance matters to key stakeholders and promptly escalating significant compliance concerns to the Head of Risk & Compliance upon discovery. Conducting thorough assessments of potential impacts, criticality, and available remedial strategies.
Preferred Requirements:
Demonstrated expertise in compliance and a strong understanding of insurance industry regulations.
Proven track record in proactively managing operational risk, mitigating potential vulnerabilities and promoting best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels, fostering a cohesive approach to risk and compliance.
Proficient in developing and implementing risk and compliance strategies to align with business objectives.
Ability to analyse complex data and identify trends to inform risk management decisions and improve compliance processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Risk Management, or similar.
Professional certifications in compliance or risk management.
Master's degree in a related discipline would be an advantage.
