Risk and Compliance Manager ¦ Central ¦ Permanent Full timeSomething Extraordinary Every DaySupporting the Director of R&CI in managing the transition to and maintenance of the increase in demand for GRC services within the business, with a particular focus on maturing Governance frameworks and Policy management. Developing best practice in Corporate Governance, Risk Management, and Regulatory & Procedural Compliance. The increased demand is due to GRC services playing a significant role in stakeholder confidence which has evolved at speed with geopolitical uncertainty and regulatory change.What you will be doingThe key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:Develop measurement of policy performance including visible embedding across the business and effectivenessBuilding successful relationships being an ambassador of GRC at all timesManage and report on the policy catalogue, policy review cycles, compliance and publication helping to build maturity in policy effectivenessAssist the continuous improvement of processes that develop maturityUse this committee as subcommittee to drive policy development, review and effectivenessWhat makes you specialWe are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:Experience working in a Compliance roleUnderstanding of compliance risks across businessesNatural great work ethicResults and customer focusedQuick learnerResilient to frequent changeThere's no one quite like usThe Bicester Collection are the worlds' leading luxury shopping destinations, and we are committed to creating magical and memorable experiences for our guests.
