As they continue to grow, we seek a skilled Compliance and Risk Associate to join their dynamic team.Your new roleCollaborate with legal professionals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.Monitor and evaluate compliance programs, identifying areas for improvement.Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to compliance and risk management.Stay informed about legal developments and industry trends.Provide training for staff on compliance matters.Investigate and address any compliance violations promptly.What you'll need to succeed Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field.Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in legal research and document review.Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional) are a plus.What you'll get in return Salary up to £75,00028 days’ holiday.
