At The AA, we’re looking for a Risk Analyst to join our dynamic Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team.This is your chance to shape our Enterprise Risk Management framework and ensure robust risk practices across our organisation.What will I be doing?Provide insightful risk management oversight, collaborating with business units to deliver a best-in-class Enterprise Risk Management FrameworkEstablish and maintain a functional network of stakeholders, risk coordinators, and risk owners to embed our methodologiesInvestigate root causes of risks and issues, partnering with teams to manage Risk Events and Risk AppetiteDevelop and maintain risk reporting templates and dashboards for governance committeesWhat do I need?Experience within Risk/Compliance is essential to this role, ideally within a regulated environment i.e., Financial Services/Banking/Insurance etc.Basic understanding of FCA regulatory principlesStrong relationship management and communication skillsAnalytical mindset and pragmatic problem-solving abilitiesConfident and proficient utilising Microsoft Office applications i.e., ExcelA self-starter with the ability to proactively work independently as well as within a wider teamLast but not least, a true passion to build a long-standing career within Risk & Compliance through learning and developmentAdditional InformationWe’re always looking to recognise and reward our employees for the work they do.
