Our company is known for its commitment to excellence, innovation, and a collaborative work environment.ResponsibilitiesAs a member of our Risk Assurance Talent Pool, you may be called upon for various roles with responsibilities that could include:Advising Financial Services clients on designing and implementing anti-fraud management systems, particularly focusing on credit application.Keeping abreast of international and local trends in credit application fraud events, external data sources, and best practices within the Financial Services industry.Enhancing the value and effectiveness of our Financial Services clients' risk management function by providing insights into the best practices of process and data flow between risk management at the back-end and business at the front-end.Developing engagement plans and project approaches, actively participating in business development, and marketing activities.Contributing to major client pursuits, including proposal preparation.Identifying client expectations and opportunities for providing value-added services.Ensuring compliance within the team with client policies and maintaining high-quality performance standards.Supporting other lines of services as appropriate and necessary.Taking responsibility for group administration, training, overall evaluation, and counselling of subordinates.RequirementsTo be considered for our Risk Assurance Talent Pool, candidates should possess:Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Econometrics, Mathematics, or related sciences.Professional qualifications like CPA and equivalent, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Financial Risk Manager (FRM) are preferred.Strong knowledge of the banking and other financial services sectors.Excellent skills in using technology to employ data analytical tools for performing data analytics.Strong working knowledge and understanding of compliance and risk review procedures, business processes, and internal controls.Critical analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, applying principles of logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.Effective project management, interpersonal, and influencing skills are essential.Why Join Our Talent Pool?Opportunities for career growth and development.Exposure to a variety of projects and challenges.Competitive compensation and benefits package.A collaborative and inclusive work culture.A chance to make a meaningful impact on our clients and the industry.Don't miss out on the chance to be a part of our exclusive Risk Assurance Talent Pool.
