Catering to a variety of conditions including brain injuries, Huntington's disease, Parkinson's disease, their approximately 30-bed nursing facility is dedicated to providing top-tier care to adults between 18 and 64 years old.In your role as a Registered Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering independence in the daily lives of individuals, ensuring their clinical needs are effectively addressed. As a skilled Registered Nurse, you'll adeptly plan and administer clinical care while offering valuable support and guidance to Healthcare Assistants (HCAs).Shift Pattern:As a full-time Nurse, you will be scheduled to work 36 hours per week. Your role adheres to a rotating schedule where you will complete 3 shifts weekly, typically spanning from either 7am to 7pm, or 8am to 8pm. Your assigned shifts will also include alternate weekend rotations as part of your schedule.Criteria:– Registered General Nurse (RGN)– Valid UK NMC Registration– Up to date skillset in PEG feed, catheterisation, and venepunctureInterview Process:The interview process consists of two stages. The initial stage will be conducted face-to-face at the home, where you will meet with the Registered Manager and Operations Manager.
