Venatu Recruitment Group�We are seeking a talented Remuneration and Benefits Manager to join our client on a�fixed-term basis for 12 months. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that their�compensation and benefits packages are competitive, equitable, and aligned with their�organizational objectives. Key responsibilities include;
- Develop and implement comprehensive remuneration and benefits strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of compensation and benefits practices to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits-related transactions.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation and benefits-related matters.
- Stay informed about relevant legislation and regulations governing compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Participate in salary surveys and other data collection activities to support decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience;�
- Proven experience in remuneration and benefits management, preferably within the waste management, environmental services, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of compensation principles, practices, and market trends.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- CIPD or other relevant professional certification is desirable.
