Join Our Team as Reward Lead (Fixed Term: 12 Months)Based at our client’s headquarters in Basingstoke, you’ll collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation to shape and implement a Total Reward strategy that aligns with our client’s Corporate Plan and People Strategy.The RoleAs a pivotal member of the People team, you’ll work closely with the Head of Reward and alongside the current Reward Lead.
