Reward & Benefits Manager
Location: Surrey, Hampshire, Oxford or London
**Overview:**
A leading professional Services firm a recruiting for a full-time Reward and Benefits Manager to oversee our firm's reward and benefits program across all office locations. This role, preferably based in Basingstoke or Guildford, but will be open to London and Oxford as well. Entails occasional travel to other UK locations. The ideal candidate will bring previous experience in reward and benefits, preferably within professional services but this is not essential.
This role offers an opportunity to collaborate closely with the Head of HR in a pivotal role within our reward structure. As the central point of contact for all benefits initiatives and processes, you will be recognised as the subject matter expert, with support from the Reward and Benefits Assistant. The reward function is well established and they are looking for a confident individual that will be able to continue to lead the Reward function moving forward.
The firm operates under a hybrid agile working policy, permitting employees to work remotely for up to 50% of their time, with additional flexible working options available.
