Review and define a competitive total compensation benefits packageAssess employees needs by conducting organisational surveys to identify what motivates and engages peopleParticipate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefitsConduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practiceMake data-based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensation
Essential Skills:
Experience of reviewing and implementing reward strategies including pay, benefits, pensionsExperience in implementing changes to total reward projects that include, policy, consultation at all levelsExperience of using workforce analyticsKnowledge of local government pension schemes and personal pension schemesChartered CIPD
Desirable Skills:
Performance managementProject management
