Reward and Benefits Manager

I am working with an agency in London looking for a Rewards Manager to lead and support the design, implementation, and delivery of total reward programs across EMEA and APAC. You will provide overall guidance, direction, and leadership of all compensation and benefits programs.
Location: London (Onsite 3 days per week, 2 days WFH)
Duration: 6 Months
Daily Rate: up to £550

Experience:
Experience managing external suppliers
Managing multiple projects and administrative duties
A track record in developing an innovative approach to solutions.
Knowledge of Health & Welfare/Wellness and Retirement Plans.
A track record of delivering reward strategies in a complex environment
Background as a Reward Specialist or HR Generalist
