Job Title: Reward and Benefits Advisor
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week in Bristol office.

Responsibilities:
- Data analysis on annual reward cyclical duties.
- Annual benefits renewal – liaising with providers and brokers.
- Act as point of contact for all reward and benefits queries.
- Manage reward calendar.
- Working alongside HR Data and Systems teams to conduct legislative reward reporting accurately.
- Experience in a Reward or Benefits role or HR Data role with a strong reward and benefits focus.
- Strong benefits experience and benefits project work advantageous.
- Experience of engaging with and managing external providers beneficial.
- Experience of international/expat reward beneficial.
- Ambitious and eager to progress.
