Reward Analyst - 12 Month FTC - Hybrid Working - £45,000 + Fantastic Benefits
We are working with a well established Financial Services business that are seeking a Reward Analyst to join them on an initial 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. This role would suit someone who has a couple of years Reward experience and is looking to gain experience in a new setting. This could also be suited for someone who has exposure in Payroll & Benefits and is looking to kick start their career in Reward.
About the role
Aid in the management and enhancement of compensation and benefit programs through precise analysis and reporting.
Support in ensuring that salary and benefits packages align accurately with the company's brand and strategic positioning, encompassing both expatriate packages and local staff.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits across the organization.
Handle general administration tasks related to company benefits.
Assist in benchmarking salaries and furnishing annual salary review data for senior management.
Conduct research and analysis of salary and benefits data across various geographical regions.
Develop familiarity with company pension schemes and contribute to their administration and technical aspects.
Contribute to the execution of the annual salary review process and the ongoing management of salary and benefits budgets.
Utilize the HR system to generate management information.
Offer guidance and structure regarding secondment packages.
Deliver management information and reports to senior management.
Analyze and interpret reports, technical data, and contractual obligations.
