I have partnered with a UK-based media company who are looking for a Reward Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis. You will be supporting the Head of Reward on driving the reward agenda across the organisation. This is a great opportunity for reward professionals who are looking to gain exposure to the full spectrum of reward and MI activities.
About the role:
* Supporting the Head of Reward to drive the organisation’s reward strategy.* Support on cyclical reward processes including annual salary and bonus review processes.* Assist on the implementation of the career framework project.* Benchmarking, job evaluation, salary projections and calculations.* Lead on producing People MI data reports.* System maintenance of the HRIS (SAGE People) and management of data security.
About the candidate:
* Previous experience in a reward role with at least 2 years’ annual salary and bonus review experience.* Highly analytical with excellent excel skills.* Salary benchmarking experience.* Prior experience working with HR Systems.* Previous experience implementing career frameworks would be beneficial.
