SummaryYou will join us as our Reward Analyst covering a 6 month contract to support the Director Total Rewards EMEA with the management of compensation and benefit programmes across Aristocrat’s portfolio of companies.What you'll doWhat will your role involve?Provide, analyse and interpret market data in order to provide accurate compensation and benefits benchmarking across EMEADaily point of contact for local P&C teams on reward programs and queriesSupport benefit renewals across multiple countries, working closely with external consultants to provide employee data, analyse costs and engage with internal stakeholders on decision making and employee communication plans.Support on Workday integration projects, including assessment of data quality, employee impact analysis and preparation of integration filesPreparation of data and Workday systems for the company’s annual performance reviewPreparation of data for mandatory gender pay reportingYou will be well rewarded for your role with a generous benefits package that includes:Highly competitive payPrivate medical & dentalup to 10% pensionLife Insurance£50 per month wellness allowance27 days annual leave (Pro rata) + Bank holidaysHybrid working (2 days a week in the office, 3 days from home)What we're looking forWe are looking for your to have the majority of the following skills/experienceIntermediate to Advanced Excel or Sheets skillsKnowledge of compensation systems and packagesExperience of working with salary surveys and interpreting data to develop benchmark rangesExperience of creating reports or dashboards to communicate key reward informationExperience in benefits administration and contract renewal processesStrong communication skills both written and verbal and experience of engaging with varied and senior stakeholders, both internal and externalResponsive to adapting to changing business needs and multiple stakeholder groups with differing prioritiesExperience of Workday would be beneficialThis is an excellent opportunity for you to work on some really exciting projects for a global organisation and their portolio of companies, if interested apply today or get in touch.Travel Expectations
