As a Reward Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our compensation and equity strategy, ensuring that it aligns with our values of fairness and transparency.What You'll Do:Compensation Analysis: Dive deep into our compensation structure, conduct comprehensive analyses, and provide strategic recommendations to ensure our employees are fairly compensated for their hard work and dedication. This includes leading on benchmarking, gender pay gap and annual pay review analysis.Equity Strategy Development: Work closely with the team to develop and implement a robust equity strategy that fosters a sense of ownership and alignment with Monzo's long-term vision. You'll play a critical role in designing equity plans that reward our employees for their commitment to our shared success.Market Research and Benchmarking: Keep a keen eye on industry trends and benchmarks to ensure that our compensation and equity plans remain competitive and attractive, enabling us to continue attracting top talent and retaining our valuable team members.Collaboration and Communication: Partner with cross-functional teams, including People, Finance, and Leadership, to ensure that our compensation and equity strategies are effectively communicated and integrated across the organisation. You'll serve as a key liaison, fostering a culture of transparency and understanding around our reward initiatives.Data-Driven Insights: Utilise your analytical prowess to generate meaningful insights from data, enabling us to make informed decisions about our compensation and equity programs.
