Team Leader - Revolution Bars - Revolution BrightonHourly Rate: £11.05 p/hWe are looking for a proactive and energetic Team Leader to join the team at Revolution Brighton. As a Team Leader, you'll hold an important role in the Management Structure, owning the guest experience within your venue and coordinating the team to deliver an exceptional experience to our guests. You'll ensure that we are set up for success and be responsible for upholding brand standards and in delivering our purpose – To create fun and memorable experiences for our teams and guests!In the this role, you'll provide recognition to your team when they're doing well, and give developmental feedback to resolve performance gaps.
