Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting project deadlines and budgets


• Upholding strict quality standard of work


• Abiding by ISO 9001 and 19650 requirements


• Communicating effectively with clients, supply chains, stakeholders and colleagues

Further Responsibilities:

• Utilising the Autodesk software suite, including, Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks and more.


• Producing models and information to a standard of BIM level 2 and beyond, coordinating multidisciplinary models and information from subcontractors, as well as managing technicians and checking drawings, to ISO 19650.


• Developing new workflows, using Rhino/Grasshopper to develop parametric 3D models.


• Opportunity to become a GVC certified drone pilot, to undertake ariel cloud point scanning.


• With opportunity to carry out LIDAR surveys and Scan2BIM processes.


• Broadening your understanding and developing your skills of Building Information Modelling (BIM).


• Client facing, attending design team meetings, and site visits.


• Working on projects across the Residential, Industrial, Commercial, Leisure and Rail sectors.


• With responsibilities across multiple projects and for the management of our ISO 9001 quality management system.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
