Are you an AutoCAD Technician within the building services industry seeking to enhance your skillset to become a Revit focused professional?

Do you have a base layer understanding of MEP drawing and design within built environment projects which you are keen to transition or continue your career path in an established Building Services Consultant?

This provides a great opportunity to be guided and learn from experienced BIM / Revit professionals to progress your career and operate on some exciting projects both presently and down the line.

The Role -

- Creation of 2D and 3D models and drawings from submittals and discussions with building services design engineer team

- Co-ordination and modelling of building services systems across mechanical and electrical areas

- Updating models and design drawings in line with specification

- Liaising with internal and external professionals such as contractors, staff, further

Requirements -

- Possessing CAD / BIM or building services qualification preferred

- Background within a building services technician or design position

- Capability to manage workload and varying project requirement simultaneously

Package -

- To �40k per annum

- 25 days annual holiday, excluding bank holidays
