Revenue Operations Manager- Approx £45,000 + Bonus + Benefits– Reigate/ Hybrid

The Role

Do you possess at least 2 years experience in a revenue operations or finance related field? Are you able to optimise revenue processes while championing continuous improvement? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

We are seeking a revenue operations manager to join our growing team.

You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our revenue operations process, supporting the vision for the revenue operations team, and providing guidance to ensure the successful achievement of our objectives.

This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Managing revenue recognition across a portfolio of products, clients and services.
  • Delivering accurate revenue results.
  • Reporting and providing trend analysis for a portfolio of products, clients, and services.
  • Managing Client Project set-up including contract analysis.
  • Documenting process guides.
  • Working with the other members of the finance team to determine applicable IFRS and US GAAP standards, including training material for other team members.
  • Supporting audits on existing processes, identifying risk areas, and assisting with resolving issues/challenges.
  • Identifying and escalating revenue engagements that do not align with our commercial framework.
  • Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of the revenue operations process.
  • Supporting the regional Accounting teams with Month End revenue & net revenue reconciliations and query resolution.
  • Supporting the Accounts Payable team with cost of sale reconciliations, ensuring all cost of sales are correctly recorded.
  • Working closely with the Accounts Receivable team to assist with client account reconciliations, ensuring revenue and billing information is accurate and aligning to contract commercials/payment milestones.

The Person


  • 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of revenue recognition accounting standards, principles, and procedures.
  • AAT Level 2 / 3 or equivalent.
  • Ability to prioritize to ensure deadlines are met throughout the month-end timetable.
  • You'll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
