The role of Revenue Operations Analyst:
Reporting to the Revenue Operations Lead, this is a critical role at Glean. You will work alongside 3 RevOps Execs as well as our Marketing, Sales, Success and Support teams to drive efficiency in our customer journey.
We currently split RevOps expertise into the following areas; systems, enablement, processes, people, data and insights. You will take ownership of the data and analytics elements of RevOps. The core goal here is to Support & enable the GTM (go-to-market) teams to be more efficient and effective by providing strategic direction through data-driven insights, and removing friction from our processes. You will be tasked with figuring out how we can extract the maximum value from our current resources to help us scale efficiently.
The genuinely exciting part of this role is the variety of projects you will be able to sink your teeth into. One day, you may be proactively analysing our MQL to SQL conversions with our Marketing manager. The next day, supporting Customer Success leaders with a bespoke report. You will collaborate with Sales and finance teams on forecasting projects and enable the business to measure core metrics like CAC, LTV and sales velocity. In the background, you will be working on initiatives to improve the way we collect, structure and improve the data we have in commercial systems, across different teams. Things get really fun when you get to take ownership of our dashboard builds in HubSpot.

Meet the team:
Your line Manager will be Luke Lynam (Revenue Operations Lead). Within the Revenue Operations team you’ll also be working alongside Emily; Senior Revenue Operations Executive and Eboni and Beth; Revenue Operations Executives.
What you’ll be doing:
Data
Take a key role in cross-functional data quality improvement initiatives
Exporting, manipulating and restructuring data to meet specific business needs (such as one off forecasting exercises)
Working with the data and finance teams to align how the commercial teams are capturing and storing data to align with other parts of the business
Following core principles to ensure we streamline data capture, avoid duplication and maintain consistency across the business
Support revenue teams with clear, consistent guidance on data processes, definitions, process guides etc
Insights and Analytics
Analyse Go to Market (GTM) data and metrics to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
Track key metrics like funnel conversion rates, sales velocity, sales cycle length, win rates, customer satisfaction, churn and expansion
Tweaking processes to optimise clean data capture that can lead to reliable reporting
Working reactively to support ad hoc reporting and analytics needs
Working proactively to build self serve dashboards to allow key stakeholders to access core company metrics
Systems / Process
Monitor and maintain tech stack automations and integrations (Zapier and HubSpot).
Support commercial teams with configuring systems for process implementation and optimisation
Take ownership of the data we store in our CRM
About you:
Essential:
You love getting stuck into a spreadsheet, mining and analysing data and looking for trends - you love a formula!
Meticulously organised
Commercially aware - you understand sales funnels and the data, financial metrics that are associated with building a revenue team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders including, marketing, sales, data teams and finance
Experienced with CRMs and administration of revenue technology
You are a reporting and dashboarding wizard
Whilst the most important thing is hiring the right person, it would be beneficial if you had any of the following (please still apply if you don’t have some / all of these):
Ideal:
Experience with analysing the revenue performance of a B2B GTM team
Marketing, Sales or Revenue Operations experience
Proficient using HubSpot reporting tools and / or Tableau
Bonus / Nice to have:
Commercial experience within a marketing or sales team
Experience in a B2B Saas business
Advanced technical skills such as advanced formula building in the CRM (creating formula fields, transforming data in workflows, advanced reporting) or experience with HTMl / CSS
Experience with programming languages such as SQL / Python
Salary and benefits:
£41,000 - £50,000 dependent upon experience

Location:
We have a beautiful office space in Leeds and we love it when we get together to collaborate in person. We typically operate a hybrid way of working, however some of our roles support remote working within the UK, if you live more than 50 miles from the office.

If we invite you to meet with us for interview, here’s an overview of what the process will look like:
Screening interview with someone in our Recruitment team (30 minutes).
First stage interview with the hiring manager and another Glean colleague (1 hour).
Final stage interview which includes a 1 hour culture and values interview, plus a 30 minute task. You will be meeting with the hiring manager and one of the Executive Team.
Ahead of your interview you will receive a confirmation email outlining who you’ll be meeting and when, anything you’ll need to prepare in advance and any resources we think you might find helpful.
