Role OverVIOOHAs an integral part of the VIOOH finance team, this role is highly involved and encompasses a range of responsibilities within Accounts Receivable (AR). From handling invoicing and reconciliations to managing credit control and reporting, the successful candidate will engage with both internal and external stakeholders, offering them extensive exposure to all facets of digital out-of-home revenue generation.
What you'll be working on:ReportingPrepare and distribute weekly programmatic revenue reports to the VIOOH Board and senior leadership teams.Prepare and issue monthly reports to all media owners (MO’s) in a timely manner.InvoicingCollaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather data for preparing and delivering invoices for Programmatic, Automation, Deployment, and AdServer revenue.Ensuring correct VAT Accounting for all customers.Credit ControlDiligently follow up on overdue accounts and proactively address concerns at an early stage.ReconciliationMaintaining programmatic revenue spreadsheets for all MO’s. Reconciling programmatic revenue and cost of sales, investigating, and resolving any discrepancies.Overall responsibility for maintaining and reconciling the receivables ledger in SAP ByD (VIOOH accounting system).Month-EndPerform balance sheet reconciliations and prepare/post all month-end related revenue journals.Process ImprovementsContinuously seek opportunities to enhance and improve existing processes.Ad-HocCollaborate with members of the finance team on VAT, Audit, Group queries, and ad-hoc projects.Liaise with the commercial team and external customer contacts to ensure all due diligence and compliance requirements are met for new customers.What we want from you:Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Progress towards a recognized accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.) is a plus.Working knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.Proficiency in advanced Excel skills, demonstrating confidence manipulating large data sets and working with raw data – VLOOKUPS, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, Power Queries.Prior experience with ERP finance systems, such as SAP ByD.Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of producing work at a consistently high level of accuracy under pressure.Possess a flexible and professional approach to work, with the confidence to challenge established processes when necessary.Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently with minimal guidance or supervision.Application overVIOOHOur recruitment team will work hard to give you a positive experience throughout the process, no matter the outcome.
