JOB TITLE: Retrofit Designer
SALARY: �40-45k
LOCATION: Office Based in Bristol or Nottingham
JOB TYPE: Permanent, Full Time
Eden Brown is hiring a Retrofit Designer to join our energy-efficiency client based in Bristol. Our client is a specialist Retrofit contractor committed to promoting affordable warmth, improving environmental credentials, and enhancing comfort levels for private and social tenants.
THE ROLE
As an experienced Retrofit Designer/Architect, your primary responsibility will be to analyse data and evaluate the impact of building energy efficiency measures. Collaborating closely with our Retrofit team of coordinators and architects, you will play a key role in developing solution designs and supporting the creation of customer case studies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Producing multiple technical details and property drawings & presenting these effectively to clients.
* Delivery against specific objectives and targets on retrofit schemes.
* Ensuring accurate designs, and compliance with PAS 2035:#####.
* Liaising with Retrofit Assessors and Coordinators.
* Communicating with customers in line with the companys Value, Vision & Purpose statement.
* Ensuring the Diversity, Equality & Inclusion of all stakeholders is maintained, throughout the process.
* Identifying areas for process improvements.
* Coordination of multiple projects simultaneously.
QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING REQUIRED
* Retrofit designer, qualified architect or a RIBA Pt II (Dip or M Arch) l
SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
* Have previously worked as a Retrofit Designer
* Possess an understanding of current/upcoming energy efficiency measures (ECO4,
* PAS#####5 etc)
* Be ambitious, driven and commercially minded.
