Retrofit Coordinator

An opportunity has arisen to join an established small team within the Retrofit division of a construction consultancy based across the South West, working closely with social landlords to improve the efficiency of their property portfolio.
The position as a Retrofit Coordinator primarily focusses on making recommendations to the social landlords regarding the energy efficiency of their housing stock.
Further responsibilities would include:

• To manage the retrofitting process from inception to completion
• To liaise with the Affordable Housing client to identify process improvements
• Working efficiently with Retrofit Assessors and installers to make appropriate suggestions to the housing stock, and impliment where necessary
• To ensure compliance with PAS 2035, and undertake compliance checks relating to project documentation
• Developing retrofit plans to set out the necessary steps and timescale to improve the energy performance of the properties

The ideal person would possess:

• PAS 2035 qualifications or equivalent
• Ideally DEA qualification
• Experience and technical knowledge of energy efficiency measures relating to property/ construction
• Skilled with IT
• A full driving license

Please note, that whilst the preference is to work out of the Exeter office, hybrid working is available and there is the possibility of working out of other offices across the South West.
