JOB TITLE: Retrofit Coordinator
SALARY: �40-45k
LOCATION: Office Based in Bristol or Nottingham
JOB TYPE: Permanent, Full Time
Eden Brown - Built Environment is hiring a Retrofit Coordinator to join our energy-efficiency client based in Bristol. Our client is a specialist Retrofit contractor committed to promoting affordable warmth, improving environmental credentials, and enhancing comfort levels for private and social tenants.
THE ROLE
Taking full responsibility for the overall management and delivery of the PAS2035 process, including assessment, design, installation, handover and monitoring.
Managing the retrofit survey process end-to-end ensuring high standards of customer service,
Delivery against specific objectives and targets on retrofit schemes.
Ensuring the end-to-end survey process and customer journey provides the highest standards for people eligible for the ECO4 & ECO+ schemes
Manage the day-to-day delivery of the programme with your team, resolving all issues that are encountered.
Ensuring quality installations, and compliance with PAS 2035:#####.
Coordinate all areas of the installation.
Liaising with Retrofit Assessors and installers.
Communicating with customers in line with the companys Value, Vision & Purpose statement.
Ensuring the Diversity, Equality & Inclusion of all stakeholders is maintained, throughout the process.
Identifying areas for process improvements.
Coordination of multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical knowledge for retrofit surveys.
QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING REQUIRED
Level 5 in Retrofit Coordination
SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
Have previously worked as a Retrofit Coordinator
Possess an understanding of current/upcoming energy efficiency measures (ECO4,
PAS#####5 etc).
Be able to demonstrate a successful history in managing the survey process.
Be ambitious, driven and commercially minded.
Have a qualification in Retrofit Coordination
