TSA Surveying is working with an Energy Company to find a Compliance Manager to assist in the Retrofit Installation process in Social Housing properties.
This will be a permanent role involving travelling to sites across London, East Anglia and the South to lead on adherence to scheme delivery requirements in line with PAS2030�and maintaining necessary associated accreditations.
Your role will be to liaise with Site Managers and Installers to make sure there is no lapse in compliance�by keeping up to date with the correct processes and assisting teams in staying up to date on regulations.

The role of a Compliance Manager includes:
- Overseeing Retrofit Installations in Social Housing properties
- Liaise with Site Managers and Installers to oversee the installation of Building Fabric Measures, Building Services Mechanical and Building Services Electrical.
- Being fully updated with PAS2030:2019 regulations to ensure Installers remain compliant with current standards.
- Frequent driving to a variety of sites.
- Ensure that there are zero compliance failures resulting from poor and inaccurate submission information.
- Prepare PAS2030:2019 compliance paperwork for Clients, Energy Suppliers and Accreditation Bodies every week.
- Having the technical ability to review Retrofit Installations
The ideal candidate will have:
- Full UK Driving License.
- A great understanding of PAS2030 and PAS2035.
- Health and Safety training.
- Experience working under government-led incentive schemes.
- Managerial Experience.
