Retrofit Assessor

TSA Surveying is working in partnership with a construction consultancy�looking for a Retrofit Assessor to conduct assessments on properties across London.

The company is looking for a full-time Assessor to join their fast paced team, gaining on the job experience in a rapidly developing sector.

This role will involve undertaking Retrofit Assessment surveys of dwellings,

• Assessing the existing gas boiler and heating system.


• Any insulation measures, drawing up accurate floor plans of the property.


• Carrying out condition reports, along with conducting site-specific assessments.

We will ideally be looking for individuals who have already gained a level 3 qualification in Retrofit Assessment.
