Trust Housing Association has a fantastic opportunity for a Retirement Housing Coordinator & Domestic . You will join us on a part-time ( 24 hours per week) , permanent basis , and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £15,082 £15,388 per annum .
In return for your enthusiasm and commitment as our Retirement Housing Coordinator & Domestic, we will offer you:
24 hour per week (12hrs as Retirement Coordinator & 12hrs as Domestic)
£15,082 £15,388* per annum (Coordinator salary is £7594 or £7900 depending on annual leave package & Domestic salary is £7488 per annum)

Trust Housing Association is a national housing, support and care provider, offering a range of accommodation and support services. Primarily serving older people in our communities we also provide housing for families and individuals. We have over 3600 households across the length and breadth of Scotland, from the Highlands and Islands all the way down to the Borders.
What we're looking for in our Retirement Housing Coordinator & Domestic:
You will provide advice and assistance in housing management and property related issues, to our tenants in Bowmore, ensuring that tenants and their visitors can enjoy a safe, secure and comfortable environment.
Domestic:
To ensure our housing development is maintained at a high standard, you should be self-motivated and want to achieve high levels of cleanliness.
Skills and experience we're looking for in our Retirement Housing Coordinator & Domestic:
You should be self-motivated and capable of working on your own initiative as you will play a key role in the lives of our tenants, promoting and supporting them to achieve independent living. Previous experience of working with older people would be an advantage.
Domestic:
You should have a warm, friendly personality, an understanding attitude towards older people and an ability to work well on your own initiative.
