WhoCanFixMyCar.com aims to ensure best value and service for drivers and offers great commercial opportunities to member garages and associated partners.The role of Retentions Manager is key to building and maintaining relationships with our clients and prioritising client retention whilst identifying areas for opportunity and improvement. The ideal candidate will possess experience from a similar role.Job responsibilities:Communicate with our clients to increase loyalty and retain business and relationships Track renewals dates and proactively follow up with clients in advance Quickly devise solutions to problems to secure solid working relationships and annual subscriptions Ensuring client appointments are booked (2-4 appointment per day) with the Senior Account Manager so critical discussions about current/future engagement can take place Identify process improvements and feedback to line manager for discussion/implementation RequirementsEssential:Employed in a similar role Sales-driven, client focussed and self-motivated Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills to maintain and create effective relationships Open communicator, learns on the go and asks questions Strong time management skillsDesirable:Automotive experienceBenefitsFully remote/flexible workingHolidays: 25 days per annumHoliday Buy-Back Scheme: Buy 5 days additional holiday (After 1 years' service)Pension: 5.5% Employer contribution (5% Employee contribution)Private Medical Insurance (Single cover, 70% Company funded)Life Assurance (x4 basis salary)Flu vaccinations allowanceHome-based allowanceEye test allowanceEmployee Assistance Programme3 volunteering days
