Working as a Retention Advisor, the core element of the role is to retain existing policy holders in the non-standard and high-risk household Insurance market. In this telephony-based position, you will manage a portfolio of customers whilst working with Insurers, management agencies to source solutions and to ensure continued retention of existing business. Ensuring you meet diverse customer needs’ and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing clients within the retention cycle
- Making outbound calls to existing customers
- Taking incoming calls from their existing customers to renew or service their policies.
- Source, present and renew policies for their existing customers.
- Adherence to the requirements laid out by the FCA in terms of compliance and customer risk.
- Build relationships with 3rd party Insurers and Underwriters
- Upselling additional products, seek cross sale and referral opportunities where applicable.
- Providing first class customer service through advice and expertise
- Taking ownership of your clients and building lasting relationships.
Required experience:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Experience working in a Customer-focused environment
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
