Working as a Retention Advisor, the core element of the role is to retain existing policy holders in the non-standard and high-risk household Insurance market. In this telephony-based position, you will manage a portfolio of customers whilst working with Insurers, management agencies to source solutions and to ensure continued retention of existing business. Ensuring you meet diverse customer needs’ and requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:




  • Managing clients within the retention cycle




  • Making outbound calls to existing customers




  • Taking incoming calls from their existing customers to renew or service their policies.




  • Source, present and renew policies for their existing customers.




  • Adherence to the requirements laid out by the FCA in terms of compliance and customer risk.




  • Build relationships with 3rd party Insurers and Underwriters




  • Upselling additional products, seek cross sale and referral opportunities where applicable.




  • Providing first class customer service through advice and expertise




  • Taking ownership of your clients and building lasting relationships.





Required experience:




  • Excellent Customer Service Skills

  • Experience working in a Customer-focused environment

  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
