Atkinson Moss are delighted to be recruiting for the role of Client Retention Advisor for a successful and growing city centre based company with a national reach.�



As a Retentions Advisor you will play a key role in renewing client contracts and retaining customers within the business. With excellent negotiation and influencing skills you can earn a fantastic monthly bonus!



Role Responsibilities:





  • Manage the retention of the customer base to ensure year on year growth




  • Provide advice and guidance to customers who express an interest in cancelling or renewing their contract




  • Proactively provide feedback data to the management team regarding the service provided�





Key Competencies:





  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)�




  • Strong negotiation & influencing skills�




  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task / prioritise and adapt�




  • Proven retention and customer service experience��




  • Great numerical skills�




  • Problem solving skills with the ability to think on your feet�







  • Previous B2B experience��




  • Computer literacy: previous experience of working with salesforce is advantageous




  • Motivation to meet targets




  • Resilience�





The role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.� The basic salary offered is �26,000 with the potential to earn up to �35,000 (OTE) in additional performance related bonus.
