Retail Trainer

And to do it in a way that also gives you a more flexible way of working, supported career development and the qualifications your experience deserves.Working with learners at their place of work, in most cases for big retail brands, you’ll deliver the apprenticeship standard. That includes providing the support, guidance and motivation that helps them to get career-building qualifications. You’ll also help them to achieve transferable skills (in Maths and English) if needed, managing your own admin along the way.What will you bring to the role?It’s most likely you’ve got good experience of working in retail at management or supervisor level.
