The Role
At Sunnamusk, our retail team serves as the cornerstone of our operations. We are currently seeking a dynamic Retail Team Leader to join one of our luxury fragrance stores.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Provide guidance and support to team members, including training, coaching, and performance management.
Ensure the store is well-presented and fully stocked at all times, including overseeing merchandising and inventory management.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
Uphold company policies and procedures, including compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement promotional activities and marketing initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Passion for the fragrance industry and a desire to stay informed about new products and trends.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
