Looking for a Team Leader / Supervisor role and be part of a world renowned luxury department store?We are recruiting for Therabody Team Leader role in Harrods, London!Our client, Therabody is a pioneer in the wellness technology space, developing products and services that optimise human performance and unlock the body's natural ability to achieve health and well-being.Click here to learn more about TherabodyWe have been successfully open in Harrods since June 2023 and due to the success and development of the account are looking for a Team Leader to lead service and drive sales with the team and support the Concession Manager to smoothly run the space.This role will be crucial in leading a team to bring exceptional customer experience to life through demonstrations, building relationships and converting interest into sales.You will need to be passionate about driving brand advocacy at all customer touch points and have a commercial mindset to deliver sales and service throughout the team.About StellarStellar is a Retail Experience agency, we unlock a brand's potential in retail performance by driving product sales and customer loyalty. At Stellar, we are committed to working smart, staying curious, owning our work, and always bringing a can-do attitude.Take a look at our work hereWhat you will be doing in your role:Leading and delivering exceptional customer service and driving brand advocacyBuilding a great rapport with customersBringing products to life through demonstrationsEnsuring the team’s training standards are maintained at all timesConverting interest into salesAchieving individual and team sales targetsEnsuring the space has premium standards at all timesMaking sure the team of 3 sales specialists are fully trained across all products and servicesResponsible for managing and guiding sales in Harrods selling environment for Team and individuallyWorking closely with the Concession manager to ensure all Harrods standards for rota, customer service and policies are adhered too.What experience you’ll need to be successful:Previous team lead/supervisor experienceUnderstanding of opening and closing responsibilitiesExceptional communication and engagement skillsPrior experience in a premium retail environmentThe ability to convert sales and achieve targetsStock management including deliveries and stock countsAble to report insights and actions to key stakeholdersPrevious experience working in Harrods would be advantageousOther qualities we are looking for:Passionate about fitness and/or wellnessSomeone who is customer oriented and takes a consultative approach to sellingA team-player who loves sharing their passion with othersAmbition and openness to learn and developExcellent communication skillsA positive mentality and a drive to succeedAdditional languages would be advantageousTrainingIntensive initial product training with quarterly refresher courses£30,000 - £30,000 a yearplus commission
