Retail Support Coordinator | Manchester | Hybrid | Salary c£28,000
Zachary Daniels are recruiting for a Retail Support Coordinator to join a leading fashion brand, based at their Manchester Head Office. This role will provide support to the entire retail estate.
The role as Retail Support Coordinator:
Support employees on all queries, ensuring they are rectified as soon as possible.
Liaise with Head Office functions on behalf of retail operations when required.
Assist with help desk tickets
Provide administrative support to the retail team
Support with new store openings
Order Point of Sale for stores when required and stock levels checked - liaising with the marketing team.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Experience ideally within in a similar role within a retail environment
Highly organised with high attention to detail
Adaptable, proactive and reactive
Self motivated and the ability to work on own initiative
Ability to work under pressure and managed multiple projects and tasks
This role is hybrid (c3 days in the office)
Salary for the Retail Support Coordinator - c£28,000 + Benefits
