You can apply for this role using the "quick apply" form or by emailing ##### with your CV and a cover letter.A rare recruitment opportunity has arisen for a Retail Store Manager to join our Llantrisant Store leading an established and successful team in a retailer that prides itself on its range of products, and great customer service and its brand values.In a store which sells everything from conservatories to cushions, sofas to saucepans, beds to bathrooms and kitchens to curtains, is your experience developed enough to lead teams across all of these areas and more?Retailing from 179,000 square feet of floor space, as the Store Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of senior managers to deliver the strategic growth plan for the store. You will be supported by a store team of 80 colleagues, including sales and design consultants, retail and warehouse teams and a range of concession staff.The role requires full responsibility for all aspects of the store’s daily operation including customer service, sales management, sales performance, store display and stock replenishment, full P&L responsibility, health and safety accountability and control of all aspects of the store budget.The successful candidate will report to the Store Operations Director and work closely with the Head Office Teams and be able to demonstrate strong leadership, team building and communication skills.For the right candidate, we are able to offer an excellent salary package, including a car allowance, up to 33 days paid holiday, company pension and a fantastic discount policy across the entire range of products.Are you ready to join our team?If so please send your CV, together with a covering letter to ##### applyYou can apply for this role using the online form.
