TQR are searching for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultant to join our national client for their store in Croydon. The successful applicant will use their personality and professionalism to deliver a premium shopping experience for every customerMain ResponsibilitiesAchieve individual weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets (orders, Sales, Margin and mix)Maintain the highest shopping experience (greeting, informing, cross-selling, closing)Provide a high level of service in line with the Brand Values in store and via all communicationsManage the payment journey (deposit and paid in full prior to delivery)Use cross-selling to maximise margins salesDevelop detailed understanding of all ranges features, benefitsWork towards your own uncapped commissionPromote the brand through your personalityQualifications/Experience RequiredExperience in retail sales, preferably in high end furniture salesInterest / qualification in Interior Design and or furniture/ fabric is preferredAbility to work in a small and lean organisation as a hands-on, motivated team playerMust be a confident communicator and understand that each customer is differentPermanent position, full time and part time days are consideredStore operational hours Monday to Sunday 30am to 5.30pmCommission on personal salesUncapped commissionFT OTE 30k+If you feel you would be the right fit for this position and are currently seeking a new challenge, then please submit an up to date CV by using the ‘apply’ button below and I will be in touch to discuss if you are successful in your application.
